Sick Beewizz
« on: August 14, 2018, 06:47:09 AM »
Hey Guys

Any help would be greatly appreciated ,

A friend and myself have tried to revive a Beewizz I bought In Really bad condition ,we fixed it up and replaced a lot of broken /worn parts ,basically got it back to stock and fiddled from there ...and still it just doesn’t pull off nicely ,it can get up to speed eventually but pulling off is so slow and it feels like there is not a lot of power  so far I’ve replaced and tried the following:

New belt
New clutch
New rollers light / medium
Swoping out carb ( no difference)
Pincus pipe ( still have stock pipe as well )
New piston and barrel
Opening  the exhaust slightly
Going through a number of main jet sizes
Different air filter
Shims
Clutch cover

I’m no expert but my mate is a lot more knowledgeable than me but between us we just can’t get it right ,what am I missing ?
Alternatively is there someone good I could take the bike too ,Ive kinda of exhausted my budget already but need to get it running properly in the end ..

Thanks Craig

My Nitro's Torque Pulley was quite worn, and it would suffer when pulling off, due to it effectively being stuck in a higher gear...
